Great food for satisfactory breakfast. Good-sized room with 2 queen beds and exceptionally nice staff.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

The room was pretty decently decorated
The continental breakfast was slim to none with expired milk and stale cereal. The beds where old if you sit on the side you will fall off. They even charge you $0.25 for a bucket of ice

Everything about this family-friendly hotel was nice. The staff were all incredibly nice, and the room was large with 2 queen beds. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was satisfactory. The location was good and decent - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. We liked that the venue was 30 minutes drive from the airport. It was very relaxing time in Riverside.

Manager helped twice when electronic key did not work on room door.
Pillows were like pancakes. Carpet was badly stained and needed to be replaced. To plug microwave in I had place on top of dresser because cord was too short from on top of refrigerator. I had to move desk out because of tight fit to dresser to move dresser out because too close to wall outlet to plug microwave in. Soap dispenser was empty near sink.

This place was upgraded and clean. Flat screen TV, comfy beds, nice wood floors. The owners wife is really nice but watch out for the man hes really rude.
Bathtub was clogged, had a serious foot bath going on. Toilet clogged and they never came to unclog it. The people that stay there are questionable. The prostitutes you see leaving are gross. Owner asks for a refundable deposit and never gives it back, we left the room clean. They say they offer breakfast but they don't. I wouldn't go back unless i was desperate.

What breakfast??? Nothing here to like
Wish I could have stayed elsewhere Sadly all place available where 3 to 4 times more expensive. And when you are retired and on fixed income you can only choose so much

Solo traveler avoid this dump
The location was convenient close to shopping and dining, and the staff was somewhat helpful when I approached them. They showed a little kindness, but it wasn't enough to make up for the state of the room.
It wasn't cheap, but frankly it's unacceptable for the state of the place.

Always had parking spot in front of my room
Front office is not 24 hours, breakfast was not what expected, room walls are dirty. When checking out, there was no one to help me at the front desk.

The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The shower did not work. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They did not have wash towels available. The phone did not work and the bed had someone else's hair all over it.
