Solo traveler avoid this dump

The location was convenient close to shopping and dining, and the staff was somewhat helpful when I approached them. They showed a little kindness, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the state of the room.

It wasn’t cheap, but frankly it’s unacceptable for the state of the place.

Just a suitable option for a fleeting trip in Riverside with high value for money. The wood laminate flooring was so dirty that my socks came out gross. Bring your own towels if you can.

The room was a complete disaster. It smelled terrible, like dog, and the blankets had a pee smell. There were holes in the walls, and it was just filthy. No towels or soap either. Honestly, the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. Avoid it if you can.

The pool area was a hit with my adult kids, and we enjoyed family time lounging by the water. The room layout was spacious enough for our large group, which made our stay comfortable.

My kids wished for better soundproofing to drown out the noise at night.

I recently stayed for two nights in a King Room, and the southern hospitality was truly special! The room was clean with comfy beds, and the smell reminded me of my visits back home. However, the walls had some noticeable wear and tear, which didn’t match the room’s photos. still, I'd definitely stay again for that comfort!

The fridge in the room was visibly dirty, and crumbs were present on the floor, indicating poor cleaning standards. In addition, strands of hair and stains on the sheets were very disappointing. Although I requested fresh linens, the service was dismissive and unhelpful, which compounded the negative experience during my stay.
